2 Timothy 1:6, Gifts Of The Spirit Are Given By The Laying On Of Hands Of The Presbytery

Timothy's gifts were given by the laying on of hands of a presbytery, and Paul was part of that presbytery. You are not born again with automatic spiritual gifts. The gifts of the Spirit must be imparted. Here is the pattern in the Scriptures.
