Colossians 1:27-29 To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory: Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus: Whereunto I also labour, striving according to his working, which worketh in me mightily.

Christ in us is the ministry.  He is the only one who can do any work that has any lasting value.  We labor according to His working.  Jesus does the work.  He works in us mightily.  Why do people want to enter into self-made ministries that are not the manifestation of Jesus Christ?  What a useless activity!  People wear themselves out with religious activity, but the ministry that is from Christ is effective to perform God's purpose.  What a ministry speaks, that minitry speaks the very words of God because God speaks through the ministry as the ministry yields to Christ.  When we get involved, we just ruin it.
