| v. 5 Righteousness by Faith |

Galatians 5:5 For we through the Spirit wait for the hope of righteousness by faith. There is a righteousness that is available, but it is only available by grace, and grace is only available through faith. Righteousness is a free gift from God. We don't yet see the fullness of it, but God has called us to total victory. Note that we wait for the hope of righteousness. This is not "I hope so" hope. This is divine hope that begins and ends with Christ.
