Family & the HomeMany don't realize that the family, the Home, is the basic unit of the church after the individual relationship with Christ. There is a reason that Satan is attacking the family and trying to re-define the home. Satan is trying to keep you, and everyone else, from the glory that God has planned for them. Other cultures/religions have different ideas about family, though many have been Christianized because of the salty influence of the flow of the anointing that flows out from those who have been called out of the world (the Church). There are many, in the world, who think of marriage as a temporary arrangement. Nations that have been heavily influenced by Christ and His called out people in the past are being pushed into an anti-home and anti-family direction. This was a large part of Satan's purpose in bringing about the 60s revolutions, encouraging what was falsely called "free love." There was nothing free about it. The price has been extremely high on the individual, on the home, and on society. There was nothing of love in it. It was pure self-serving eroticism. Love doesn't cause disease, death, and heart ache, but this satanic doctrine certainly did bring disease, death, and much pain, heart ache, and despair. The Home is the answer to all of that. There is something that God created in the heart of every human being that cries out for what the home gives. The home, built on the foundation of Jesus Christ, is the basic unit of the Church, after the personal, individual relationship with God the Father and His Son, Jesus through the work that Jesus did on the cross, which is available to all who will receive it. Author/Compiler: Bob Stenson (unless otherwise noted) Last updated: 2010-07-18 21:07:48 John 10:35b the Scripture cannot be broken, Human theology and reasoning is not necessarily correct, but the Bible is. The Bible can only be understood by revelation, and revelation is given by the Spirit of God. God does reveal in His own way. But we only know in part. If we think we know any thing, we do not know it as we ought. We are instructed, by God, to keep seeking Him. The Holy Spirit will lead us into all truth. The truth sets us free. Lies bind us. Whoever seeks Jesus does find Him. Jesus is the truth.
