Basics of Evanjellyfish Christianity:
There would be less hypocrisy in the church if more Christians would walk in the Spirit.
And Evanjellyfish is a Christian who is double-minded and who keeps changing his or her opinion depending on which way the wind is blowing. James 1:8 Any old fish can swim downstream, but it takes one with some snap in the tail to swim against the flow.
Evanjellyfish are Christian who lets the world squeeze them into its mold. Romans 12:2 Morality is more a matter of opinion to the Evanjellyfish, so they are relativists. They may be afraid to suffer with Christ. They may be lukewarm Christians. They may have allowed themselves to be educated into the ignorance of relativism by the many powerful voices of the world: ungodly schools, media, politicians, magazines, news, books, and so forth.
Evanjellyfish don't realize that there are no grey areas when you walk in the Spirit. You either obey the Holy Spirit or you don't. When they don't obey the Holy Spirit, they have their spiritual senses seared more with each rebellion until they can hardly hear His voice. 1 Timothy 4:2 At that point, they can't even tell right from wrong or good from evil. Oddly, they become very judgmental of other followers of Christ, especially if they are following Christ closely. They think that those who are walking in obedience to the Holy Spirit and who allow the Holy Spirit to do His good works through them are walking under the law, but the Evanjellyfish do walk under the law, having put themselves into condemnation by not honoring the Holy Spirit.
