Satisfaction

We keep our eyes on Jesus. We look for that which can satisfy. Have you been dissatisfied? Have you tried to find satisfaction, but you have not found it? If that is what you are running into, then you are looking in the wrong place.
Romans 8:19-23 For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God. For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope, Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now. And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body. Until all of these things are fulfilled in your life, you can have a measure of fulfillment by walking in the Spirit. If you do, you will go from glory to glory and from faith to ever deeper faith. Philippians 4:11-12 Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content. I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. The road to satisfaction and fulfillment is a road that goes from glory to ever increasing glory. 2 Corinthians 3:18 But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord. The media lie-machine tells you to look here there and everywhere for satisfaction, but you find that they are lying. Why do you go back to them and get new lying advice? The schools are just as bad. The politicians are worse. They are looking for power and money for themselves. They don't care about you, but you need something real in your life. Romans 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. Seeking satisfaction where it cannot be found will cause addictions. there is a momentary thrill in many things, but then there is that return to dissatisfaction. Psalm 17:15 As for me, I will behold thy face in righteousness: I shall be satisfied, when I awake, with thy likeness.
