Music has transforming power.  God created music.  Exercise discretion in your music.  If you listen to the wrong kind of music, it will harm your ministry.  Follow the leading of Christ and sing when the Holy Spirit leads.  Sing while alone, while hiking or driving.  You can always have a melody in your heart.  Sing in family devotions or impromtu sing-a-longs.  You can play an instrument.  If you have a music ministry, stir up the ministry by practice.  And be prepared with a song on Sunday morning to build up Christ the Body.

"Speak to one another with psalms, hymns and spiritual songs. Sing and make music in your heart to the Lord, always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ." Ephesians 5:19 & 20

Sing during times of fellowship with Christ the Body.  Most Sunday worship services have singing.  Join in.  When the Holy Spirit moves in singing in the Spirit, give yourself fully to it.  

Satan wants to use music against us to bring us out of the presence of God.  Satan does not care how badly you miss the mark.  He just wants you to miss the mark.
