The world is concerned with philosophy & world-views; what is the difference between that and a heavenly vision?

Philosophy is based on a world view, either Christian or non-Christian. A world view exists in the natural human mind. (1 Corinthians 2:14) That which is of faith is a heavenly vision. (Acts 26:19)

There is a difference between a heavenly vision and a world view. (Jeremiah 23:16) Naturalists assume that every person is in the same condition that Naturalists are in, the condition of being disconnected from Jesus and dependent on supposition. They assume that everyone is is subject to a world view that exists in the natural mind just as they are. (Romans 1:28) They cannot believe that God really is capable of articulate speech. (1 Corinthians 12:2)

Righteousness exercises our heavenly vision and improves it. Righteousness always starts with God--we can't initiate it. God leads. He speaks in many ways, especially through the members of Christ the Body, through ministries. (1 Cor. 12:3) Here is the process: 1. Faith comes by hearing the word (literally, utterance) of God. (Ro. 10:17) 2. Hearing requires humility and reverence, which is the beginning of wisdom. (Pr. 9:10) 3. Faith gives access to God's grace (Ro. 5:2) including the free gift of righteousness. (Ro. 5:17, Ro. 10:3, Isa. 45:8, Heb. 12:28) 4. Grace does the work of God in us. (1 Cor. 15:10)

These four steps take only a moment and continue moment by moment perpetually. This is God's process for righteousness in thought, word, and deed, bringing us from glory to glory. Of course, we can slow, stop, or reverse our progress by ignoring, adding to, or taking from God's leading or by trying to self-generate works. Anything that is not of faith is sin. (Ro. 14:23) Righteousness is love. (Ro. 5:5, Ro. 13:8-10, Gal. 5:13-14, James 2:8) Righteousness always leads toward the establishment of God's pattern.

When we hear His voice, we look into the perfect law of liberty. We see ourselves, the ministry, Christ in us, as opposed to the fleshly man of sin, and we see ourselves in the context of Christ the Body, every order, ministry, and office. When we respond to the leading of God by allowing Him to do His work through us, we respond to the perfect law of liberty. (James 1:22-25)

This transfigures us. God's righteousness brings holiness and redemption. (Ro. 6:19, 1 Cor. 1:30, 2 Cor. 3:18) When we discern Christ, we see Him as He is and become like Him. (1 John 3:2, James 1:22-25, 1 Cor. 13:9-12) While righteousness is in the moment, holiness is a transfiguration of what you are, a change in your mind. When we turn to Jesus instead of our own understanding, God plants His holy seed and the fruit of the Spirit springs up. We reap what we sow. (Hos. 8:7, Gal. 6:7-9) Holiness is Christ (your ministry) formed in you. (Gal. 4:19) It is progressive from glory to glory and from faith to faith. (Ro. 1:17) Holiness brings redemption. Redemption is freedom from sin's bondage.

The bottom line is this: are we being obedient to the instruction of the Holy Spirit. When God instructs you in this way and you obey by the power of His free gift of righteousness which He is giving to you, you are transfigured from glory to glory by the Spirit of the Lord. This is the very process by which He gives you His holiness [a new mind] and redemption [freedom from sin's bondage].
