1 Persevere, therefore in the liberty with which Christ has made us free, and don't be tangled again with the yoke of bondage. *
2 I, Paul, say to you that if you are circumcised, Christ shall be of no advantage to you.
3 For I solemnly affirm again to every man who is circumcised, that he is a debtor to do the whole law.
4 Whoever is justified by the Law is separated from Christ, fallen from divine power for righteousness, holiness, and redemption.
5 For we, through the Spirit, wait for the divinely inspired expectation of righteousness which is by supernatural belief and trust. *
6 For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision gives any strength nor uncircumcision, but supernatural belief and trust operating through love.
7 You ran well; who changed your course so that you are persuaded not to obey the Truth?
8 This persuasion doesn't come from Him Who calls you.
9 A little leaven leavens the whole mass of dough. *
10 I am persuaded by the Lord that you will direct your mind completely to nothing else, but the one who agitates you will bear judgment, whoever it is.
11 And I, fellow-believers, if I still proclaim circumcision, why do I still suffer persecution? Then the place of stumbling of the cross has lost its influence and power.
12 I would that these who agitate you were even cut off.
13 For, fellow-believers, you have been called to liberty, only don't use liberty for an place where attack can be made by the flesh, but by love serve one another.
14 For all the Law is fulfilled in one utterance, even in this: "You shall love your neighbor as yourself." *
15 But if you bite and eat one another, discern so that you don't destroy one another.
16 This I say then, "Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the flesh's desire for forbidden things."
17 For the flesh longs for that which works against the Spirit, and the Spirit, for that which works against the flesh: and these are contradictory to each other. so that you cannot do the things that you delight in.
18 But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the Law. *
19 Now the works of the flesh are plainly known, which are these: Adultery, all types of sexual misconduct, impurity, unbridled lust,
20 following anything other than God, magic, hatred, variance, debate, anger, struggle for control, division, diversity of opinions,
21 envy, murder, drunkenness, wild parties, and such like this, of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that those who do such things shall not inherit the Kingdom of God.
22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, uncomplaining patience, gentleness, goodness, faith,
23 meekness, temperance. Against such there is no law. * *
24 And those who are Christ's have crucified the flesh with suffering, also the desire for forbidden things.
25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk orderly in the Spirit.
26 Let us not be eager for empty glory, irritating one another, envying one another.

Young's Literal

1 Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.
2 Behold, I Paul say unto you, that if ye be circumcised, Christ shall profit you nothing.
3 For I testify again to every man that is circumcised, that he is a debtor to do the whole law.
4 Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace.
5 For we through the Spirit wait for the hope of righteousness by faith.
6 For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love.
7 Ye did run well; who did hinder you that ye should not obey the truth?
8 This persuasion [cometh] not of him that calleth you.
9 A little leaven leaveneth the whole lump.
10 I have confidence in you through the Lord, that ye will be none otherwise minded: but he that troubleth you shall bear his judgment, whosoever he be.
11 And I, brethren, if I yet preach circumcision, why do I yet suffer persecution? then is the offence of the cross ceased.
12 I would they were even cut off which trouble you.
13 For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only [use] not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another.
14 For all the law is fulfilled in one word, [even] in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
15 But if ye bite and devour one another, take heed that ye be not consumed one of another.
16 [This] I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.
17 For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.
18 But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law.
19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are [these]; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,
20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,
21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told [you] in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.
22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
24 And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.
25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.
26 Let us not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another.

King James Version

1 In the freedom, then, with which Christ did make you free -- stand ye, and be not held fast again by a yoke of servitude;
2 lo, I Paul do say to you, that if ye be circumcised, Christ shall profit you nothing;
3 and I testify again to every man circumcised, that he is a debtor to do the whole law;
4 ye were freed from the Christ, ye who in law are declared righteous; from the grace ye fell away;
5 for we by the Spirit, by faith, a hope of righteousness do wait for,
6 for in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth anything, nor uncircumcision, but faith through love working.
7 Ye were running well; who did hinder you -- not to obey the truth?
8 the obedience [is] not of him who is calling you!
9 a little leaven the whole lump doth leaven;
10 I have confidence in regard to you in the Lord, that ye will be none otherwise minded; and he who is troubling you shall bear the judgment, whoever he may be.
11 And I, brethren, if uncircumcision I yet preach, why yet am I persecuted? then hath the stumbling-block of the cross been done away;
12 O that even they would cut themselves off who are unsettling you!
13 For ye -- to freedom ye were called, brethren, only not the freedom for an occasion to the flesh, but through the love serve ye one another,
14 for all the law in one word is fulfilled -- in this: 'Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself;'
15 and if one another ye do bite and devour, see -- that ye may not by one another be consumed.
16 And I say: In the Spirit walk ye, and the desire of the flesh ye may not complete;
17 for the flesh doth desire contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit contrary to the flesh, and these are opposed one to another, that the things that ye may will -- these ye may not do;
18 and if by the Spirit ye are led, ye are not under law.
19 And manifest also are the works of the flesh, which are: Adultery, whoredom, uncleanness, lasciviousness,
20 idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, strifes, emulations, wraths, rivalries, dissensions, sects,
21 envyings, murders, drunkennesses, revellings, and such like, of which I tell you before, as I also said before, that those doing such things the reign of God shall not inherit.
22 And the fruit of the Spirit is: Love, joy, peace, long-suffering, kindness, goodness, faith,
23 meekness, temperance: against such there is no law;
24 and those who are Christ's, the flesh did crucify with the affections, and the desires;
25 if we may live in the Spirit, in the Spirit also we may walk;
26 let us not become vain-glorious -- one another provoking, one another envying!
