Schools Teaching Religious Dogma |
Life has a very long history. It's unfortunate that science has no way to estimate the age of things without using circular reasoning. We can only look at things in the present and make assumptions about the past. If we change the assumptions, we change the estimate of the age of things. One thing is sure, though. Living things change over time. However, there is no known mechanism that could create information, organization, and the types of upward progress over time that Darwin's hypothesis claimed. Several known scientific laws show that, to the extent that we can know anything, information is not added but lost, order is not created but destroyed, and progressive Evolutionary processes do not occur but destructive degeneration occurs. The fossils show distinct kinds of animals with a great deal of variation within the kinds but no evidence of one kind of animal becoming another kind of animal. For instance, there are many kinds of dogs, but no evidence that dogs have ever been anything else other than dogs. When we look at the fossils, we don't see Darwin's Tree of Life, but we do see a forest of Trees of Life. We see a dog tree, a cat tree, an elephant tree, and on tree for every kind of living thing. The fossils are buried in sediments and would have had to have been buried quickly. What we can see is that it appears that most of the fossils were buried in a global flood like the one mentioned in the Bible. We see clams and sea creatures at the tops of the mountains. We see evidence of violent and rapid water movement. If Evolution is going to be taught in public schools, then it should not be taught as a dogmatic religious doctrine. The information should not be censored to give only those facts that seem to support Evolutionism. Why not give all the facts including the scientific evidence that appears to contradict the hypothesis? The Second Law of Thermodynamics falsifies the claims of Evolutionism. Dogmatic Evolutionists emphatically state the half truth: "The Second Law of Thermodynamics only applies to isolated systems, so it's not relevant to Evolution, because the Earth is an open system." If that were true, it would be a meaningful statement; however, it is not true. The reason that Evolutionists are so bent on getting rid of the effects of the Second Law of Thermodynamics is because the Second Law of Thermodynamics cannot co-exist with Darwinism. The Big Bang Theory claims that the Sun coalesced after the original explosion, but gasses do not gather themselves together, lump up into stars, coalesce. They spread out. They dissipate. They diffuse. This is one of the many things that we can observe that falsifies the Big Bang Theory. Yet, it is taught in the schools dogmatically. The First Law of Thermodynamics says that neither energy nor matter is created or destroyed, so matter/energy could not have created itself. The Second Law of Thermodynamics predicts that matter had always existed then if any planet or star existed at any time, over the eons, that star or planet would break up, break down, and turn into heat energy and dissipate, so the entire universe would be just evenly distributed heat energy with no planets, stars, or anything else. The only explanation that holds up under logic and science is the explanation that everything was created. This is why the Bible says: "For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God has showed it to them. For the invisible things of Him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: because when they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, neither were they thankful; but they became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools," Romans 1:18-22 And in another place it say: "The fool has said in his heart, 'There is no God.'" Psalm 14:1 Romans 1:19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God has showed it to them. 1:20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: You see? You know because God has showed it to you and to all of us. ![]()
