There is a law of sowing and reaping. It goes like this:
This is true in the natural and in the spiritual realm. Hosea 8:7For they have sown the wind, and they shall reap the whirlwind: it hath no stalk: the bud shall yield no meal: if so be it yield, the strangers shall swallow it up. The way to sow to the Spirit is to pay attention to the leading of the Holy Spirit so that faith comes and then let faith open the door to the free gift of righteousnes that flows from the throne of God and do not oppose God while He does is works through you, says His words through you, and thinks His thoughts through you. Everything else is sowing to the flesh. The Holy Spirit will never lead you into disorder, impurity, sin, ways that are contrary to Scripture, or any other such thing. In fact, the Holy Spirit will put a check in your heart whenever you consider walking in a way that isn't right. There are many ways to sow to the flesh: Alien & UFO Cults (Go)
How can we know anything about anything? That’s the real question Topic: Sowing and ReapingYou reap what you sow. You need to sow good seed into good ground. The parable of the sower illustrates what stops you--Failure or Success, Success or Failure. God has a vision for our completeness, our fulfillment or success in Jesus. What stops you from seeing the vision? The lies of Satan. What brings you to Failure? The same lies. You know this is a spiritual war, and you know the... Satan tries to vaporize truth and reality and to cement lies and the phony. That is what Evolution is all about, trying to vaporize the creation, the creator, the fall into sin, and the flood in our minds and cement Naturalism. That is what amusement and entertainment is all about. We have a great number of churches that no longer deal with reality but try to draw in the crowds... This particular response happens more often in those who have been born again than it does in those who have not been born again. The seed, the gospel of the Kingdom of the Heavens, lands on the trampled path of the heart in a Christian. How did that path get trampled and hardened? Isn\'t a Christian\'s heart supposed to be soft toward God? The heart becomes hardened by repeatedly missing... Many Christians almost worship the universities, the scholars, the many books, the magazines, the news papers, the many web sites, the entertainments in all their forms, plays, TV, comedies, music, etc. These molders of public opinion are not godly people. There is a program of message-control among them. Their message is that of the Secular Humanist, the Atheist. As they rise and give the same message from many outlets, they... Only the Holy Spirit can take out the stony places. With an emotional or intellectual response, there is no hope of discerning the Body of Christ. The natural man cannot receive the things of the Spirit. There is no hope for the natural man to see the Kingdom of the Heavens, the Kingdom of God. The emotional and intellectual response cannot deal with the stony places--these fail to successfully deal... The seed, the gospel of the Kingdom, that fell among thorns, does not bear the fruit of the Spirit. The fruit of the Spirit is that which grows when we yield to the Holy Spirit. If we yield to the cares of this world or strain to be rich, we will not yield to the Holy Spirit. You cannot serve two masters; you cannot serve God and Mammon. If you... There was a Christian radio personality who used his position on the airwaves to preach against any modern-day apostles. The word, apostle, means \"one sent.\" In other words, he was preaching against any who seem to be sent by God. He claimed that anyone who does not believe what he believes (and a lot of what he believes is very speculative) does not have the Spirit of God. He claimed... There was a man who got a job as pastor in a medium-sized church. The man had a vision for the big city near his church, so he said. He generated a lot of support for his vision among pastors of other small churches and became a bit of a folk hero among them. He spoke with lots of passion. In these circles, various winds of doctrine would sweep through... |
