Foundational truth cannot consist of made up stories, preferred axioms with no proof for them, or unfounded assumptions. The only way there can be such a thing as truth (or lies for that matter) is if God reveals foundational truth, which He does. It is God Who tells us that the Bible is His Holy Word and that it is without error and valid for every aspect of life. It is God Who gives guidance in our lives so that we can know the difference between right and wrong. Those who refuse to listen to God have no basis for saying that anything is either right or wrong or for saying that anything is either true or false.
