teach no other doctrine
Are the local churches to teach no other doctrine than the Apostle's Doctrine?1 Timothy 1:3 As I besought thee to abide still at Ephesus, when I went into Macedonia, that thou mightest charge some that they teach no other doctrine
1 Timothy 6:3. If anyone teaches a different doctrine, and doesn't consent to sound words, the words of our Lord Jesus ...
Ephesians 3:5 Which in other generations was not made known to the which in other generations was not made known to the children of men, as it has now been revealed to his holy apostles and prophets in the Spirit;
Acts 2:42 And they continued stedfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.
Revelation for the Church Universal is given to the Apostles and the Prophets. From there, it is delivered to the local Churches and the local elders are to teach no other doctrine.
Acts 15 gives the most complete example of God revealing His Mind to the apostles. Once the will of God became known, the doctrine was established in person and by letter:
Acts 15: 22-23 Then it pleased the apostles and elders, with the whole church, to send chosen men of their own company to Antioch with Paul and Barnabas, namely, Judas who was also named Barsabas,[e] and Silas, leading men among the brethren.
This is one of those orders that God has set. It's easy for the rebellious nature to rise up against God in this matter, especially for those who have a huge investment in the Babylon of the current dying-church-systems.

The Bible can only be understood by revelation, and revelation is given by the Spirit of God. God does reveal in His own way. But we only know in part. If we think we know any thing, we do not know it as we ought. We are instructed, by God, to keep seeking Him. The Holy Spirit will lead us into all truth. The truth sets us free. Lies bind us. Whoever seeks Jesus does find Him. Jesus is the truth.
