There Is Only One Scriptural Church Government Order.  There Are Many Man-engineered Orders For Church Government. 

Scriptural Church Order:

The term, 5-fold ministry is a misnomer, and the actual term cannot be found in scripture.  Other references in Scripture show us that the apostle is an office.  The other four, prophet, evangelists, pastor, and teacher, are all ministries.  These four ministries are linked, in Ephesians 4:11, to the office of the apostle, though they can exist on the local Church level without the apostolic office.   Unfortunately, the evangelist, pastor, and teacher we have seen is mostly not the same as the one we read about in Scripture.  The Church needs to repent and return to God's holy order.
